Sheriff Keller shot and killed him. The Black Hood's nightmare, however, was not finished. Midge Klump's body was discovered during the performance of "Carrie: The Musical," stabbed and crucified, after multiple threatening notes were received to Kevin Keller. This discovery reignited rumors that the Black Hood was still alive.
However, in a later episode it is revealed that the killer is actually Carrie's father, Brad Vickers. He has become obsessed with his daughter since her mother's death years ago and has been targeting other people who have had their lives ruined by Carrie's antics. When Sheriff Keller finds out about this new threat, he tells Brad that under no circumstances should he ever come near Carrie again. After this incident, it is assumed by many fans that the Black Hood is dead.
However, several episodes later, there is another murder that bears a striking resemblance to the first one. Once again, Midge Klump's body is found crucified like before. This time, though, it is revealed that Carrie is once again responsible for her father's actions - this time by tricking him into thinking that the new Black Hood is her new boyfriend named Ronnie. It turns out that this new Ronnie is an actor that Brad hired to take over the role as the new Black Hood. When this news comes out, Brad is arrested and sent to prison for life without chance of parole.

The Olympian crystal of Hades (Greg Germann) murdered Robin. He died in an act of self-sacrifice to save Regina (Lana Parrilla), who ultimately accepted his death in the season six opener. This is not the same as Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) rising from the dead in the Underworld. That event occurred in 1660, more than 50 years after Robin's death.
Once Upon a Time was created by former ER writer Adam Horowitz. The show features characters from various fairy tales including Snow White, Prince Charming, Little Red Riding Hood, and the Three Bears. It also includes some original characters in its own right such as Emma (Jennifer Morrison).
Robin Hood is one of the main characters in the series. He first appears in the episode "A Heart As Hard As Ice" and is killed by the Olympian crystal during the season six premiere. His demise is portrayed as being for the greater good since it allows Regina to be saved. However, this does not mean that he cannot return to life later on. In fact, he does just that in the season seven finale "Heaven Help Us".
Once Upon a Time airs on Sunday nights at 8/7c on ABC. The sixth season will be available on DVD on September 18th.
